Tenant FAQ
System Requirements:
- Use Internet Explorer or Mozilla and make sure the latest updates are installed.
Password Issues:
- Add donotreply@appfolio.com to your approved contacts in your e-mail program.
- Check your spam, junk, trash, etc folders if the reminder email isn't in your inbox.
General problems:
- Reload the page. Delete your internet cache, temporary internet files, and all cookies. (Do this thru your browser's Preferences or Tools menu.)

Check your balance: You can login to your tenant Portal anytime to find out what your balance is. Rent is not posted to the account until the first day of the month.
Pay your Rent: You can login to your tenant Portal anytime to pay rent and any other fees that are due. NOTE: Security Deposit payments cannot be made thru the online payment system.
