How are the tenants selected?
The property manager verifies the applicant’s credit report, employment, income and previous rental history. Every effort is made to screen the prospective tenant prior to approving a rental application.

How much does property management cost?
We only get paid if your home is rented. We receive a percentage of the monthly rent.

What is property management?
Hiring a professional who is qualified to act on your behalf and in your best interest regarding your property.

When is the rent paid to me?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants have until the 5th to pay before they are assessed a late fee. The management fee and any maintenance costs are deducted from the rent and the balance is sent to you directly or deposited into your local bank account. Our goal is to have the owner’s checks out by the 10th.

Why do I need to hire a professional?
Your home is one of your biggest investments. John and Stephanie are trained in the Real Estate business and have experience in the challenges involved. When you hire us, you do not have to worry about placing an extra burden on a friend or relative.
